For Montage Kapalua 2604, our inspiration first tapped into the island culture. With a mix of finishes, textures, and patterns, we channeled the aloha spirit, and playfulness of the surf, maintaining an aspirational flair throughout this luxurious vacation home.
KEEPING IT REAL ALOHA
It was important to include natural elements to fully embrace the aloha spirit. Such as wood, bamboo, and wicker, as well as bright colors and patterns inspired by the coastal landscape, all helped create a tropical and private space that exudes positive energy and a laid-back atmosphere.
Additionally, incorporating handcrafted items and vintage pieces, as well as incorporating open, breezy spaces and natural lighting, can further enhanced the overall aesthetic and ambiance of the design.
