A Quiet Coastal Retreat

Designed for sun-washed spaces, comfort, and connection.

CABO RESERVA PENTHOUSE

San Jose del Cabo, Mexico

Cabo Reserva is a warm modern residence shaped by openness, material depth, and a strong connection to its coastal surroundings. Throughout the home, light plays a defining role; intentionally layered and thoughtfully integrated to soften surfaces, enrich texture, and enhance the natural palette. As the day unfolds, illumination moves seamlessly through the spaces, creating a calm, continuous rhythm that carries the home effortlessly from daylight into evening.

NATURAL MATERIALS IN QUIET BALANCE

Natural woods, stone, and tactile finishes are layered with a sense of ease, bringing warmth to the interiors without visual excess. The palette carries consistently from space to space, allowing each material to stand on its own while contributing to a unified whole.

This measured approach to materiality creates interiors that feel grounded and enduring, with a calm, cohesive rhythm that supports the home’s coastal setting.

DESIGNED WITH INTENTION

Interior details were designed with care, allowing function and form to come together in perfect harmony. Custom millwork, cabinetry, and built-ins feel quietly integrated into the architecture, reinforcing a sense of ease and continuity throughout the home.

Each element supports daily living while letting materials, light, and proportion carry the atmosphere from room to room.

DESIGNED ACROSS BORDERS, ROOTED IN PLACE

Cabo Reserva was developed through an international, cross-border interior design process that balanced local context in San Jose del Cabo with global coordination. From concept through installation, the project was guided by a clear design vision, resulting in a home that feels cohesive, grounded, and designed for long-term living.
